Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has intensified his criticism of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by questioning the use of bulldozers for demolishing homes. Referring to a Supreme Court observation, Yadav demanded to know if the state government would seek forgiveness for these actions.
During his exchange with the chief minister, Yadav pointed out that the Supreme Court has deemed the 'bulldozer action' unconstitutional. He accused the state administration of using this tactic to humiliate and intimidate, driven by a sense of revenge and power.
Yadav further remarked on Adityanath's stance, stating that while a bulldozer has no brain but only a steering wheel, the people of Uttar Pradesh or Delhi might soon change that steering. He hinted that the SP would redirect this 'bulldozer justice' towards Gorakhpur if they come to power in 2027.
