The Delhi High Court on Monday issued an order directing social media users to remove posts criticizing journalist Rohan Dua's interview with Olympian Manu Bhaker, calling the content 'sexist.'
Justice Navin Chawla mandated that the social media handles delete the posts within a week, or face content-blocking actions by intermediaries.
This interim order came after an affidavit from Bhaker's side indicated that she took no offense to the interview, which had been approved by her team and even liked by her.
