Newly Married Woman Allegedly Raped at Home; Accused Apprehended
A 20-year-old newly married woman was allegedly raped by a 28-year-old man named Rahul at her home. The incident took place on Monday evening when her husband was out. Upon his return, the woman informed him, and they reported the case to the police. An FIR has been registered against Rahul.

Police have reported that a 20-year-old newly married woman was allegedly raped by a 28-year-old man named Rahul while she was at home. The incident occurred on Monday evening when her husband was not present.
Inspector Sachchidanand Pandey stated that Rahul initially attempted to lure the woman into an illicit relationship using money. When she resisted, he allegedly proceeded to rape her by gagging her mouth. The survivor disclosed the ordeal to her husband upon his return, leading them to approach the police.
Following their complaint, an FIR has been filed against Rahul under sections 64[1] (rape) and 351[2] (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Further legal procedures are now in progress, Pandey confirmed.
