In a post on social media platform 'X', Reddy reiterated his utmost respect and faith in the judiciary, asserting that the press reports giving the impression he questioned the court's wisdom were inaccurate. He emphasized his firm belief in the judicial process and the independence of India's judiciary.
The Supreme Court had voiced strong displeasure over Reddy's comments, with the top court warning that such statements could create public distrust. The court questioned whether its orders were being influenced by political consultations, highlighting the seriousness of maintaining its independent stature.
