The Delhi High Court has mandated the removal of several websites alleged to be misusing the 'Mudrex' trademark for fraudulent crypto investments. The order follows a lawsuit from RPFAS Technologies Private Limited, operators of the 'Virtual Digital Asset' exchange.

Filed against unknown entities, the lawsuit accused these parties of deceitfully using the plaintiff's registered trademark, 'Mudrex,' to create fraudulent websites. The court ruled that without an ex-parte ad-interim injunction, the plaintiff would face irreparable harm.

Justice Mini Pushkarna ordered the offending entities to cease using the trademark immediately and take down the infringing websites within 48 hours. A list of 38 such websites was provided, which are allegedly duping the public into investing large sums and sharing sensitive documents.
