The Chief Minister revealed that the accident stemmed from the company's failure to adhere to standard operating procedures (SoPs). He emphasized that the chemical involved was highly explosive and criticized the lapse in security measures.

Addressing the media, Naidu issued a stern appeal to industrialists handling red category sectors, urging them to conduct immediate and thorough safety audits. He assured financial compensation to the victims' families and called for heightened safety protocols moving forward.
