Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken engaged in a phone call on Wednesday to discuss current efforts to secure a ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas, confirmed a spokesperson for Turkey's foreign ministry.
