In a heart-wrenching incident in Jharkhand's Deoghar district, bodies of three children were discovered in a pond on Friday morning. Police authorities confirmed the tragic find in Dodia village, within the Sonaraithari police station's jurisdiction.
Deoghar Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Ritvik Shrivastava reported that the children, aged eight and nine, had gone missing the previous day. Their parents, unable to locate them, subsequently filed a missing persons complaint with local law enforcement.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover the circumstances that led to this devastating event.
