The Indian community in Warsaw is abuzz with excitement as Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit marks the first by an Indian PM in 45 years. Members of the diaspora expressed joy and admiration for Modi's contributions to India's development. Speaking to ANI, a community member highlighted the vibrant Indian diaspora in Poland, where festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated with fervor.

Rajpal Sabnani, another member of the Indian diaspora, emphasized the significance of the visit. "It is a matter of excitement for us that our Prime Minister is coming to Poland. This important visit will improve India-Poland relations and help attract investments to India from Poland," he stated.

JJ Singh noted that around 200 people would welcome the PM, reflecting the happiness within the Indian community. A Garba performance and community interaction program are part of the celebrations. An Indian artist preparing to perform expressed gratitude for the opportunity, stating, "We are lucky and excited to represent our country." PM Modi's visit, coinciding with the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Poland, is expected to further strengthen ties between the two countries.
