The Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) in Dubai, organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has evolved into a global stage for regional and international exhibitions and forums. WETEX offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors and partners to expand their customer base locally and globally.
Held under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, WETEX stands as a leading international exhibition in water, energy, sustainability, green technologies, renewable energy, green buildings, and other key sectors.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, and Founder and Chairman of WETEX, emphasized the event's significant impact on Dubai's reputation as an international hub for exhibitions and its advanced infrastructure. The event supports the UAE's growth by enhancing its standing as a global capital for specialized events and sustainable development.
David Wang, Chairman of MIE Group, announced that WETEX 2024 will feature the largest international pavilion from China, with over 200 exhibitors occupying a substantial 2000 sqm area. Meanwhile, Charles Maeng from IPR Forum highlighted the expected active participation of Korean companies in energy and environment sectors at the next WETEX.
