Tarun Saxena, a 42-year-old area manager at a private finance company, was found dead at his Jhansi home, reportedly having hanged himself due to work-related stress.

Investigations have revealed that Saxena's suicide note accused senior colleagues of placing unbearable pressure on him to meet company targets, leading to mental torture. According to Superintendent of Police, Gyanendra Kumar Singh, 'A suicide note was recovered where he alleged exploitation by his seniors.'

Family members claim that excessive demands and abuse during virtual meetings precipitated Saxena's tragic decision. Authorities are preparing to take action pending a formal complaint. Despite attempts, no response was received from Bajaj Finance.
