Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was released from AIIMS on Saturday after receiving treatment for back pain, an official reported.
Dr. Rima Dada, in-charge of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences media cell, confirmed that Singh was evaluated and treated for his complaints. The minister was discharged around 2 pm on Saturday, Dada added.
Singh had been admitted to the hospital's old private ward under the neurosurgery department early Thursday, she stated.
