Ramaiah Memorial Hospital has partnered with the New York-based Mount Sinai Health System to advance healthcare services. The collaboration aims to enhance clinical competencies in specialties like oncology and cardiology, ensure high patient care standards, and promote medical innovations and technology development.

Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, a multi-super-specialty quaternary care facility based in the city, signed an exclusive agreement with Mount Sinai Health System from New York on Friday. This partnership seeks to advance healthcare services through collaborative efforts.

In their statement, the hospital highlighted that the long-term collaboration with Mount Sinai will help advance clinical competencies in select specialties, including oncology, cardiology, neurosciences, and urology-nephrology.

Dr. M R Jayaram, Chairman of Gokula Education Foundation, remarked that this significant collaboration aims at enhancing clinical excellence, patient care, safety, quality, and fostering medical innovation and technology. Dr. Szabi Dorotovics, President of Mount Sinai International, noted that their joint efforts will provide Bengaluru and Karnataka's citizens with top international healthcare standards, thereby boosting community wellness and prosperity.
