The operation by the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir saw a significant escalation as they employed drone technology to aid their search for terrorist elements. DGP Nalin Prabhat, who visited the site in Hiranagar, lending an authoritative presence, underscored the urgency and seriousness of the ongoing situation.
This coordinated operation between Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Rising Star Corps responded swiftly to intelligence inputs regarding potential threats in the region. The dual effort, particularly in the Saniyal Hiranagar area, has already led to the discovery of warlike materials, heightening alert levels.
In a related crackdown, Kupwara Police conducted stringent raids targeting banned separatist organizations, including Tehreek-e-Hurriyat and others. Conducted across Kupwara village locales, these raids involved confiscating materials pertinent to ongoing investigations under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, all while ensuring legal and procedural integrity.
