The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) staged a protest at ITO in Delhi on Thursday, calling out the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for not fulfilling its promise of providing free LPG cylinders. AAP leader Kuldeep Kumar labeled BJP as a 'jumla' party, accusing them of deceiving Delhi residents.

During the protest, Kumar recalled Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP leader JP Nadda's guarantee of free cylinders for women by Holi. 'Today is Choti Holi, yet the promised cylinders remain undelivered,' Kumar told ANI. He added that the BJP's guarantee has turned into a 'jumla,' with neither free cylinders nor Rs 2,500 reaching the people.

AAP's Praveen Kumar echoed these sentiments, asserting that every BJP promise, including financial aid and free cylinders, has proved to be empty rhetoric. Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta promised to fulfill all commitments for women's welfare and security, addressing these concerns during an event marking International Women's Day.
