Leaders across India condemn the recent terrorist attack on laborers in Gagangeer, Jammu and Kashmir, which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries. Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has strongly denounced the recent terrorist attack on civilians in Gagangeer. Officials reported that two laborers tragically lost their lives when terrorists struck in the Gagangir area of J-K's Ganderbal district Sunday evening. In response, security forces have cordoned off the area, launching a search operation to track and neutralize those responsible, while aiming to restore safety and security in Gagangir.

Condolences have poured in from various political leaders. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari expressed heartfelt sympathy to the victims' families, condemning the attack on workers engaged in crucial infrastructure projects. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah labeled the assault as a cowardly act against unarmed laborers, demanding justice and extending sympathy to those affected.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi also voiced her denunciation, terming the attack as a crime against humanity.
