Tragic Tunnel Terror: Lives Lost in J&K Attack
A terror attack on a tunnel construction site in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir, resulted in the deaths of a doctor and six laborers. Security forces are hunting the attackers, after they ambushed laborers returning to their camp. Officials and political leaders condemned the brutal incident.

In a tragic turn of events, a doctor and six laborers were killed on Sunday evening during a terrorist attack at a tunnel-construction site along the Srinagar-Leh national highway in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to official reports, the assailants attacked the workers, both local and non-local, after they returned to their camp. Two laborers died instantly, while the doctor and four others succumbed to their injuries later.
Security forces have launched a search operation to apprehend the attackers. High-ranking officials, including IGP Kashmir V K Birdi, have arrived at the site. Condemnations have poured in from Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other leaders who assure strict action against the perpetrators.
