The funeral of the iconic figure was marked by the attendance of national leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister Piyush Goyal, both paying tribute at the Worli Crematorium. Among them were Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, who also gathered to honor Tata's legacy.

Piyush Goyal highlighted the irreparable loss to the nation, describing Tata as a "true nationalist" who passionately championed India's growth story. Goyal recounted a personal anecdote, symbolizing Tata's humility and global influence.
