Indra Sena Reddy Nallu Takes Additional Charge as Mizoram Governor
Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, Governor of Tripura, was sworn in as the interim Governor of Mizoram. The ceremony was held in Aizawl's Durbar Hall with notable attendees including the Chief Minister and other officials. Nallu will serve during the absence of Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati.

Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, the Governor of Tripura, assumed additional duties as the Governor of Mizoram. The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Durbar Hall in Raj Bhavan, Aizawl, on Monday. He will temporarily replace Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, who is currently on leave.
The oath of office was administered by Justice Nelson Sailo of the Gauhati High Court. The warrant from the President of India was publicly read by Chief Secretary Dr. Renu Sharma.
The event saw the presence of several key figures, including Chief Minister Lalduhoma, Speaker Lalbiakzama, Home Minister K. Sapdanga, other Cabinet Ministers, the Minister of States, Lok Sabha MP, the Chief Secretary, the DGP, and other special invitees. Born on March 31, 1949, in Ganuga Banda Village, Nalgonda District, Telangana, Nallu is married to Renuka Nallu, and the couple has three sons. Nallu has previously served three terms as a legislator in undivided Andhra Pradesh and has held prominent positions within the BJP.
