Delhi Police Crack Two Prostitution Rackets, Nab Key Figures
Delhi Police have dismantled two prostitution rackets, arresting several individuals including the masterminds. In one case, a 47-year-old woman was detained, while another bust led to the arrest of six people from an East Delhi hotel. Cases under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act have been registered.

New Delhi [India], September 11 (ANI): Delhi Police have successfully busted a prostitution racket, apprehending three women including the kingpin, on Wednesday. Authorities received intelligence on September 10 about the illegal operation thriving in the city.
In swift action, a raiding team was dispatched. An officer posed as a decoy customer, leading to a raid at the implicated residence. One 47-year-old woman, identified as the leader, was arrested along with two other women. A case has been filed and an investigation launched.
Simultaneously, another crackdown resulted in six arrests, including three women, at an East Delhi hotel. Police raided the South Ganesh Nagar location following a tip-off. DCP (East) Amrutha Guguloth revealed the hotel's owner had prior involvement in similar operations, leading to its closure by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Recently de-sealed, the property is now under thorough investigation. Charges under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act have been registered, stated the police. (ANI)
