In a call for balanced innovation, Neelesh Shah, Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, highlighted the industry's need to cater to both tech-savvy investors and those preferring physical interactions. His remarks were made on Thursday during the Global Fintech Fest 2024.
Shah emphasized the need to avoid the pitfalls of digital exclusion and trapping. He underscored that technology must integrate a human touch to serve diverse segments of Indian society, ensuring inclusivity. "We need to create a balance where technology works for both India and Bharat," Shah stated.
