The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) in Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati is set to host vibrant events on August 27 and 28 in celebration of Sri Krishna Janmashtami. The festivities will commence with the Gokulashtami Asthanam fete at Bangaru Vakili Mukha Mandapam inside the Srivari temple on August 27, according to a TTD release.

During the Gokulashtami Asthanam, Sri Krishna Swami will be honored on the 'Sarva Bhopala Vahanam' at the Mukha Mandapam from 8 pm to 10 pm. The evening will conclude with the 'Ekantha Snapana Tirumanjanam' ceremony for the utsava idols of Sri Ugra Srinivasa and his consorts, followed by Dwadasharadhana. On August 28, TTD will organize a golden Tiruchi Vahana Seva along Mada streets, showcasing Sri Malayappa Swami and Sri Krishna Swami as part of the grand Utlotsavam fete featuring participation from local youth and devotees.

In light of the festivities, TTD has announced the cancellation of Arjita Sevas such as Arjita Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on August 28.
