In a tragic incident in Delhi's Khyala village, a security guard was allegedly stabbed to death by a group of four juveniles, police reported on Thursday. The deceased guard, identified as Vinod (35), had earlier reported the unruly behavior of a juvenile worker to the factory owner, resulting in the worker's dismissal.

Seeking revenge, the juvenile and three friends reportedly attacked Vinod and inflicted fatal stab wounds. Vinod was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

According to the Delhi Police, a PCR call about a person lying on the road with stab wounds was received around 8:30 PM on Wednesday. A subsequent investigation revealed multiple stab wounds on Vinod's body. Multiple teams were formed to identify the attackers.

DCP West Vichitra Veer stated that, based on technical and manual information, four juveniles involved have been identified and apprehended. One of the accused was a former factory worker dismissed following Vinod's report.

"Vinod had flagged the unruly behavior of the alleged to the factory owner, leading to the juvenile's removal from the job," DCP Veer confirmed. "In retaliation, the alleged, along with his friends, attacked Vinod with knives, leading to his death."

A murder case has been registered, and further investigation is ongoing.
