Advent International-backed Manjushree Technopack has submitted preliminary documents with SEBI to launch an IPO aiming to raise Rs 3,000 crore.

The IPO structure includes a fresh equity issuance of Rs 750 crore and a Rs 2,250 crore offer for sale by AI Lenarco Midco Ltd, as per the draft red herring prospectus.

Eligible employees have a reservation in the offer, and the company may raise Rs 150 crore in a pre-IPO placement.

The company plans to use Rs 500 crore from the fresh issue to settle debt, fund acquisitions, and pursue strategic initiatives. Founded in 1987, Manjushree Technopack provides comprehensive packaging solutions from design to delivery.
