"My greetings to all the people of Chhattisgarh, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. I don't have a real sister, those men who don't have their sisters wish they had sisters. Today I am very happy, so many sisters came here today and tied Rakhi to me," CM Sai said. The Chief Minister earlier offered prayers in Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

"We prayed to Baba Mahakal for the peace and prosperity of Chhattisgarh, to maintain brotherhood and that everyone works towards development together," CM Vishnu Deo Sai said. Raksha Bandhan is a traditional Hindu festival deeply rooted in Indian culture and has been celebrated for centuries, symbolising the bond between brothers and sisters.
