Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Muslim Waqf, and Haj, Danish Azad Ansari, participated in the 'Tiranga Yatra' in Lucknow ahead of the 78th Independence Day. This event is part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Thousands of madrasa students joined the campaign. Ansari emphasized that the future of Muslim youth aligns with the leaders in power, stating, "The Modi-Yogi government has always aimed to educate and empower Muslim youth, bringing them into the mainstream of society." He highlighted the enthusiastic participation of over 10,000 Muslim youths in this movement.

The large turnout of Muslim youth at the event was a demonstration of their support for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government. Ansari added, "Muslim youth stand with the Modi-Yogi government and are the future of our community."

The 'Tiranga Yatra' is part of the broader 'Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan,' aiming to instill a sense of nationalism by encouraging citizens to display the national flag at their homes. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also participated in the campaign and stressed that it is a resolution to build a developed India by 2047.

Prime Minister Modi encouraged all Indians to participate in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign during the 112th edition of 'Mann Ki Baat' on July 28. The campaign is under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative, launched in 2021, to mark the 75th year of India's independence and promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.
