He expressed satisfaction in playing a role in shaping dialogue among Global South leaders on this critical issue.

Additionally, Gogoi was part of a Congress delegation that met with Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who is currently visiting India.

Gogoi highlighted the productive discussions aimed at bolstering India-Vietnam relations.
