MOFSL Achieves Record High Quarterly Profit: 52% Surge!
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL) reported its highest-ever quarterly profit of Rs 1,021 crore for the April-June quarter of 2024-25, reflecting a 52% increase from the previous year. Revenue surged to Rs 2,312.3 crore, while segments like wealth management and asset & private wealth management also saw significant growth.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL) achieved a record quarterly profit of Rs 1,021 crore for the April-June quarter of 2024-25, marking a 52% increase from the same period last year. This significant growth underscores the company's strong performance in various segments.
Compared to the preceding fiscal, where the company posted a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 671 crore, MOFSL's revenue from operations experienced a substantial rise, reaching Rs 2,312.3 crore against Rs 1,501.5 crore in the corresponding period.
The wealth management segment saw a PAT of Rs 177 crore, a 69% year-on-year increase, with net revenue rising 42% to Rs 530 crore. Furthermore, the asset and private wealth management business recorded a PAT of Rs 157 crore, up 30% from the previous year, and net revenues grew 32% year-on-year to Rs 385 crore.
