Actor Suriya recently shed light on the challenges actors face to remain relevant in an ever-evolving film industry. Speaking candidly about his career's tumultuous moments, Suriya opened up about overcoming struggles during what he described as one of the lowest points before his hit film 'Soorarai Pottru'.

In an interview with ANI, Suriya explained that the desire to stay pertinent is something every actor battles. 'Every five years, the generation changes. I want films that resonate with the current audience; staying relevant is crucial,' he remarked, underscoring the pressure actors face to continually reinvent themselves.

Suriya emphasized the importance of offering audiences something distinct to entice them to theaters. Highlighting the industry's shift, he said, 'Regular hero-villain films won't work; we need more eye-catching stories.' His upcoming film, 'Kanguva', directed by Siva, promises unique storytelling and is set to release on November 14.
