Directed by Jesse V. Johnson, known for 'Savage Dog' and 'Triple Threat', the film is penned by Corey Large and Ed Drake, Deadline reported.

'Scorpion' follows a CIA assassin in hiding after a failed mission. He returns, grappling with past burdens, and must eliminate the agency chief who betrayed him to protect his daughter.

Produced by Large through 308 Enterprises, executive producers include Gary Hamilton, Jordan Nott, Pia Patatian, Jamie Thompson, and Jon Keeyes. Eckhart has starred in 'The Dark Knight' and 'Rabbit Hole'. Currently, he's in 'Chief of Station' and will feature in 'Deep Water' soon.
