Tragic Incident: RPSF Personnel's Fatal Self-inflicted Gunshot at Silchar Railway Station

Recently transferred from Lumding to the Silchar Deputy Chief Engineer's office, Panwar, from Uttar Pradesh, died instantly. A Railway Protection Security Force (RPSF) personnel allegedly shot himself with his service revolver at Silchar Railway station on Tuesday, according to a police official.
The deceased, identified as Sanuj Panwar, had recently been transferred from Lumding to the office of the Silchar Deputy Chief Engineer.
Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Panwar allegedly took his own life during his duty hours, dying on the spot. The motive for the incident remains unclear, and police have dispatched the body to Silchar Medical College and Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
