Rapper Suga of BTS tendered a heartfelt handwritten apology on social media, addressing fans and fellow band members just days after being questioned by police about a DUI incident.

In a post on BTS's Weverse page, Suga, whose real name is Min Yoon-gi, expressed regret for driving an electric scooter on the sidewalk after drinking.

'I sincerely apologize for my misbehavior, which has disappointed many. I made a big mistake on August 6. I am deeply sorry to the fans and BTS for any confusion caused. I promise to reflect on my actions with a heavy heart every day,' he wrote.
