Stree 2 Shatters Box Office Records with Over Rs 500 Crore Worldwide

Horror comedy 'Stree 2,' featuring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, has grossed over Rs 500 crore worldwide. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film is a sequel to 2018's 'Stree.' Post-release, it became the highest earning film among its competitors.

'Stree 2,' a horror comedy starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark globally, as announced by the filmmakers on Sunday.

Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films, 'Stree 2' is a sequel to the 2018 hit 'Stree.' The production house shared the astounding figures on their X page.

Maddock Films reported that the movie raked in Rs 426 crore (gross) domestically and Rs 78.5 crore (gross) from overseas, for a total gross of approximately Rs 505 crore. The net box office collections in India stood at Rs 361 crore.
