Nani Visits Tirupati Ahead of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' Release

Actor Nani and co-star Priyanka Mohan visited Tirupati Balaji temple ahead of their film 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' release. Nani expressed excitement over the film's unique concept. Produced by DVV Entertainment and directed by Vivek Athreya, the action drama releases on August 29, 2024, in multiple languages.

Actor Nani, accompanied by his co-star Priyanka Mohan, made a pilgrimage to the Tirupati Balaji temple on Saturday in anticipation of his upcoming film 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'. The duo, dressed in traditional attire, sought blessings ahead of the film's release.

Nani was joined by his family during the visit, and fellow actor Raghava Lawrence was also spotted paying homage at the temple. The much-anticipated action drama 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', directed by Vivek Athreya, will be available in five languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film, produced by DVV Entertainment, which is known for the global blockbuster 'RRR', is scheduled for release on August 29, 2024. Jakes Bejoy has been roped in as the music director.

In a recent interview, Nani shared his enthusiasm about the film's unique storyline. "I've done action films before, but this one stands out due to its distinct screenplay and plot. The story revolves around a protagonist who can only express his anger on Saturdays, facing an antagonist who has an entire week. This concept makes it highly intriguing," Nani told ANI.

Despite the complex narrative, Nani revealed that portraying the character of Surya was not as challenging as it might seem. "Surya felt quite similar to me, making it easier to portray. The real challenge was for director Vivek Athreya in crafting and executing such a story. Nonetheless, I enjoyed working on the project," he added.

Nani's recent film, 'Hi Nanna', directed by Shouryuv and co-starring Mrunal Thakur, received widespread acclaim and is available on Netflix in multiple languages.
