The census aims to gather comprehensive data on candidates' education, employment, and skills profiles to construct resumes. The state's goal is to create a streamlined process for companies to access a skilled talent pool.
The initiative targets enhancing youth employment opportunities by supplying companies with well-documented profiles of candidates. Andhra Pradesh IT Secretary Saurabh Gaur emphasized that the effort would generate detailed, 360-degree profiles of individuals, including education, skills, demographics, and aspirations, while also aiming to provide baseline skills to over three crore people across the state.
