After a successful theatrical run, 'Kalki 2898 AD' is gearing up for its OTT release on both Netflix and Prime Video. The film will be accessible on Prime Video in Telugu, with dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, while Netflix will offer it in Hindi.

The release date for the OTT platforms is set for August 22. 'Kalki 2898 AD' is set in a post-apocalyptic world where darkness prevails and nature has vanished. It serves as the first installment in the Kalki Cinematic Universe, chronicling the journey of Bhairava, a bounty hunter navigating a dystopian future. The film boasts a stellar cast featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, along with cameo appearances by Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mrunal Thakur.

Director Nag Ashwin expressed his excitement about reaching a global audience, saying, "Bringing 'Kalki 2898 AD' (Hindi) to Netflix allows us to share this story with a wider audience. It's a film that delves into themes of hope, destiny, and the eternal struggle between good and evil." Prabhas added, "'Kalki 2898 AD' pushes the boundaries of storytelling.
