This annual award honors Cheistha Kochhar, a visionary in behavioral science and organization strategy, whose work inspired positive change.
Cheistha Kochhar, renowned for her work with Niti Aayog, McKinsey, and the London School of Economics, tragically lost her life in 2024. In her memory, the award aims to support individuals who exemplify her commitment to societal betterment through a monthly honorarium and additional resources.
The award is open to all Indian citizens committed to societal upliftment, with nominations accepted through C-DEP.org. By establishing this award, C-DEP aims to foster a culture of social responsibility and innovation.
