A construction worker tragically lost his life on Saturday at a site in Bhiwandi, Thane district, after being electrocuted.
The deceased, identified as 42-year-old Kalyani Nagappa Badadal, was working on the scaffolding when the accident occurred, a police official from Narpoli station reported.
The incident unfolded at around 3pm when Badadal accidentally touched a tin sheet. His body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and police have launched an investigation into the matter.
