School Shocker: Boys Allegedly Attempt Rape of Four-Year-Old

Three boys aged between 6-11 years were apprehended in Udham Singh Nagar for allegedly attempting to rape a four-year-old girl at their school. Three young boys, aged between 6 and 11, were taken into custody following serious accusations of attempting to rape a four-year-old girl at their primary school in Udham Singh Nagar district, according to police statements on Sunday.

The incident reportedly occurred on September 3. The girl's mother claimed her daughter returned home crying just hours after being dropped off at school. The child alleged that the boys physically assaulted her, causing pain in her private parts.

A complaint was promptly lodged, leading to immediate police action. District Superintendent of Police (City) Manoj Katyal confirmed the charges and stated a case has been registered under the POCSO Act. Negligence by the school's principal and headmaster resulted in their suspension and transfer, as confirmed by the District's Basic Education Officer Harendra Mishra.
