In an effort to engage students with hands-on learning, the NDMC's Science Park is nearing its launch. Expected to open within a month, the park will showcase 16 interactive exhibits that explain various scientific principles in an engaging manner, according to a NDMC official.
Initially slated for a July opening, the Science Park has faced multiple delays. However, officials assure that it will soon be accessible to the public. The park features models such as 'Sargam ke Swar' for sound, and a square-wheel cycle explaining plank rolling on cylinders.
The park also includes fascinating models like the Echo Tube reflecting sound, self-climbing roller against gravity, and Newton's colour disc. This initiative, in line with NDMC's memorandum with the National Science Centre, seeks to promote critical thinking and practical science knowledge among students.
