Punjab CM Announces Major Push for Punjabi Language in Schools

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced a decisive move to fill all vacant posts of Punjabi teachers in government schools, aiming to further promote the language.
During a state-level Teacher's Day event, Mann stressed the urgent need to foster the Punjabi language. He committed the state government to its promotion, ensuring that no effort would be spared.
In a bid to enhance the education sector, the government is focusing on training teachers and upgrading school technology. Mann highlighted that the state had organized its first-ever mega parent-teachers' meeting, and 158 students from government schools cleared the joint entrance examination for the first time, signaling the beginning of more such achievements.
