Delhi University Sets Date for 2024-25 Student Union Elections
Delhi University has announced that the student union elections for 2024-25 will be held on September 27. Nominations for the DUSU polls are to be filed on September 17, and vote counting will occur on September 28. Last year, ABVP and NSUI secured major posts.

Delhi University announced on Monday that the student union elections for the academic year 2024-25 will take place on September 27.
A university official confirmed that nominations for the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) polls can be submitted on September 17, with the vote counting scheduled for September 28.
In the previous elections, the RSS-affiliated Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) claimed three central panel positions, including the presidency. Meanwhile, the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), linked to Congress, won the vice-presidency.
