In a significant business development, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has received orders amounting to Rs 270 crore. These orders come from notable companies such as Adani Energy Solution, Siemens, and others, as stated in an exchange filing.
The chief aim of Transformers and Rectifiers is to dispatch the commissioned transformers by the start of the next financial year. This ambitious target underscores the company's robust operational capability and confidence in meeting client demands.
Contracts awarded include Rs 117.03 crore from Siemens Ltd, Rs 102.78 crore from Adani Energy Solution, Rs 6 crore from AMNS India Limited, and Rs 44.40 crore from Jindal Group. The company clarified that the Promoter Group holds no interests in these firms.
