Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 23: happn, a leading dating app with over 41 million registered users in India, has enhanced the social dating scene by expanding its 'CrushPoints' feature to 'CrushPoints for All'. This allows users to add their favorite places to their profile and meet people based on those common spots. The feature addresses a strong demand, as 81 per cent of Indian singles were looking for more place options on their profiles.

Partnering with Foursquare, happn has integrated a wide range of global locations into its app using cutting-edge location technology. This initiative aims to revolutionize dating on a hyperlocal level, connecting people within their neighborhoods through shared experiences. The app has revealed the top five popular spots where singles are connecting in major Indian cities, including Juhu Beach in Mumbai and Hauz Khas Social in Delhi.

According to Karima Ben Abdelmalek, CEO and President of happn, the goal is to redefine the dating experience and increase user engagement through real-world connections. The feature also presents new marketing opportunities, allowing brands to connect with happn's vibrant community. As part of its growth strategy, happn plans to integrate native advertising to create personalized promotional content that resonates with users, aiming to double its B2B revenues by the end of 2025.
