The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), in collaboration with the Amritsar Foundation, hosted a heartwarming event at the Pingalwara Orphanage in Amritsar to support orphans and impoverished children. Led by Gurinder Singh and his team of nine volunteers, the initiative benefited 30 children from Bhagat Puran Singh Adarsh School and Orphanage. Essential educational and living supplies were distributed, alongside various engaging activities, leaving a lasting impression on both the children and volunteers.

The volunteers prepared 30 aid kits, each filled with notebooks, pens, snacks, and hygiene products, even including recreational items like badminton rackets. The gifts brought immense joy to the children, reminding them of societal support and igniting hope for a better future. The day also included a poetry recital competition, where the children showcased their talents and envisioned bright futures for themselves.

After interacting with the children, Gurinder Singh shared his heartfelt reflections, expressing honor and gratitude for the experience. He emphasized the impact of small acts of kindness in creating significant societal change. Other volunteers echoed these sentiments, feeling humbled and inspired. The initiative ended with a meal at Crystal Restaurant, where the volunteers discussed future charitable plans, reinforcing their commitment to helping vulnerable communities worldwide.
