An Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter conducted an emergency landing in an agricultural field in Nalgonda district, Telangana, on Thursday due to a 'technical snag'.

According to police, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

The helicopter, traveling from Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh to Air Force Station Hakimpet in Hyderabad, encountered technical issues necessitating the precautionary landing, a senior police official disclosed to PTI.

A second helicopter carrying technical experts was dispatched to the scene. After resolving the technical problem, the chopper successfully resumed its journey, the official confirmed.
