IYDF and Roshan Handicrafts Empower Underprivileged Kids with Charity Event
IYDF and Roshan Handicrafts hosted an enriching event in Uttar Pradesh, providing essential supplies and engaging activities to 60 underprivileged children. The initiative focused on enhancing both education and physical fitness, making a notable impact on the students' lives.

The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) joined forces with Roshan Handicrafts to host a notable charity event aimed at uplifting 60 underprivileged children at Sant CRS Bal Vidhya Mandir School in Sirsa Inayatpur, Uttar Pradesh. Organized by IYDF's India partner, Himanshu, the event saw the dedication of numerous volunteers.
A range of educational and recreational supplies were distributed, including printed bags, notebooks, pencils, erasers, sticker pencil cases, chalk boxes, volleyballs, gift packs, wooden jars, bananas, and fruit juice. These items not only catered to the children's educational requirements but also supported their extracurricular engagements. Govind Singh, head of the school, highlighted the positive impact on the children from low-income families.
The event also featured various sports and intellectual activities, such as volleyball, football, kabaddi, kho-kho, and running races. Volunteers conducted general knowledge tests, reading assessments, and written exams, fostering the students' cognitive skills and teamwork. Post-event, organizer Himanshu emphasized the children's excitement and the ongoing commitment of IYDF to support underprivileged youth.
