Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has secured a significant expansion by leasing 3 lakh square feet of office space from Nyati Group in Pune. This move, announced on Wednesday, substantially increases Awfis' footprint to half a million square feet in partnership with Nyati Group.

The additional workspace will be housed in Nyati Group's landmark properties, 'Nyati Empress' in Viman Nagar and 'Nyati Enthral' in Kharadi, offering premium flexible workspaces. Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis, highlighted that the strategic alliance aims to meet the increasing demand for managed offices in Pune.
