Welspun One Purchases 22-Acre Land for Strategic Logistics Hub Development

Welspun One has acquired 22-acre land on Bilaspur-Tauru Road, Gurugram-NH8 corridor, for a Rs 125 crore logistics park project. This development will create 1,500 jobs, aligning with the company's vision to build cutting-edge logistics facilities to support operational efficiencies and contribute to India's economic growth.

Welspun One has strategically acquired 22 acres of land along the Bilaspur-Tauru Road in the Gurugram-NH8 corridor, aiming to develop a state-of-the-art logistics park with an investment of Rs 125 crore.

The ambitious project is expected to generate employment for 1,200 to 1,500 individuals, as per the company's statement.

Anshul Singhal, Managing Director of Welspun One, emphasized that this acquisition marks a significant expansion step, leveraging the prime location to boost operational efficiencies and contribute to broader economic growth in India.
