BTL EPC Ltd Secures Rs 413 Crore Contracts from BHEL and SAIL
BTL EPC Ltd, a Kolkata-based engineering company, announced new public sector contracts worth Rs 413 crore from BHEL and SAIL. The projects include turnkey solutions for NTPC's Lara TPS Stage-II and equipment replacement at SAIL-Bhilai's By-Product Plant. The company aims to achieve Rs 1,000 crore turnover this year.

BTL EPC Ltd, a Kolkata-based EPC and engineering company, has announced securing new contracts valued at Rs 413 crore inclusive of GST from prominent public sector entities such as BHEL and SAIL.
Among the key contracts, BTL EPC has acquired a Rs 267 crore agreement from BHEL for NTPC's Lara TPS Stage-II (2x800 MW) project, which involves providing turnkey solutions for conveyor systems and electromechanical equipment to handle coal, limestone, gypsum, and biomass at the power plant located in Pussore, Chhattisgarh.
Moreover, the company has clinched a Rs 96 crore contract from SAIL-Bhilai to replace equipment in its By-Product Plant, with this project slated for completion within 18 months. Additionally, BTL EPC has secured contracts worth over Rs 50 crore for underground mining conveyor supplies for various public and private sector mines. The firm reported a revenue of Rs 641 crore for FY'24, marking a 24 percent growth, and remains optimistic about achieving a milestone turnover of Rs 1,000 crore in the current financial year.
